Interactive Virtual Tours

Empower your community sales & marketing teams with an Interactive Virtual Tour of your community that includes an interactive map of your community buildings, residences, and amenities. When a viewer moves their mouse over a building or touches it in a touch display, they’re taken its showcase page providing more details making your showcase that much more intuitive.
Each Custom Virtual Tour can be embedded in your website as well as serve as an app on your sales team’s tablets.

Responsive & Touch Enabled

The Community Virtual Tour Module is Enabled for any screen size and allows for interaction with a mouse or touch-screen, allowing website visitors and sales teams to interact with your virtual tour from any device.

Dynamic Availability Markers

The Virtual Map is connected realtime to your community showcase platform, always displaying up to date information regarding residences availability, featured images, and item information.  When a residence’s availibility is set to “unavailable” in the showcase platform the virtual tour map will also indicate that residence as unavailable

Drill-Down Filtering

The Community Virtual Tour Map allows for filtering on several key data markers like number of rooms, bathrooms, and floors.  Visitors can also filter on marker type like Residences and Amenities.

Community Engagement

Communications App

We’ve listened to our customers and love their concept of a community drawing its strength from an organic technology-enabled communication framework. To facilitate this goal, we’ve made that concept the fundamental cornerstone of our Residents Communication App, Urbanetics Mobile. Urbanetics Mobile is a responsive cloud-based web app that empowers your residents with the ability to view and interact with community events calendars, securely access announcements and download community legal disclosure documents, book community amenities, and create resident request tickets!

Secured Access

Each Resident is provisioned with an account via the community showcase management platform and privacy compliant information can be managed by the community manager. Because our app is web-based, login information can be saved to the browser just like any other secured website

Dynamic Events Calendar

The first module your residents will see after logging in to the communications app is the events calendar displaying realtime events created and scheduled via the community showcase management platform

Community Announcements

The Community Announcements Module offers your community management team the ability to push secured announcement information to your residents from the community showcase management platform.

Resident Requests

The Resident Request Module gives your residents the ability to securely report and track their requests, concerns, recommendations, or more.  Each request is logged in the community showcase management platform and can be accessed by community managers.  Residents can only see those requests they’ve created inside!

Amenity Bookins

The Amenity Books Module is a real-time calendar-driven (date and time) app allowing your residents to book the date, time, and duration they wish to reserve any amenity from a list of your available amenities. If an amenity is booked for a given time slot the option to book that time slot is unavailable

Much like the announcements module, the community disclosures module allows your community managers to securely make available for download any internal documents and disclosures.

Digital Signage & Content Management

Digital Signs or Digital Displays in public areas are the best way to keep community members informed about community events, community alerts, and regional news impacting your community.  Given that this information needs to be relevant and up to date, we’ve designed the Urbanetics Digital Signage manager to be extremely easy to use, displaying events and alerts as soon as their saved in the community manager portal and regional news feeds as soon as they’re published by regional news publishers.
